Distance Sales Agreement – Unity Bridge

1. Parties

This agreement is entered into between Unity Bridge ("Provider") and the user ("Customer") who purchases services or products through the platform.

2. Subject

This agreement governs the sale and delivery of digital services (premium membership) and/or physical products (merchandise).

3. Service & Product Details

Digital Services: Premium membership providing access to exclusive content.

Physical Products: Apparel and merchandise items.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely via third-party payment systems. The Customer agrees to provide accurate payment information.

5. Delivery

Digital services are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Physical products are shipped within the stated timeframe.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Digital products: The Customer agrees that once access is granted, the right of withdrawal may not apply.

Physical products: The Customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy of Unity Bridge.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be governed by applicable laws and resolved through competent courts.

9. Acceptance

By completing a purchase, the Customer accepts this agreement.
