Refund Policy – Unity Bridge
1. Digital Services (Premium Membership)
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted.
2. Physical Products (Merchandise)
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
Conditions:
Item must be unused and in original condition.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
